Your Journey to Securing a Home
Our properties are advertised on our website as well as Rightmove. When you enquire about a property, we will arrange a viewing for you so you can see the home in person and decide whether it is right for you.
Once your viewing has been booked, you will be asked to complete a pre-qualification form so we can gain a better understanding of your circumstances and requirements prior to the viewing.
Once viewings have been completed, we will review and shortlist applicants in consultation with the landlord before proceeding with the most suitable applicant for the property.

In addition to rent, tenants may be required to make certain permitted payments in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. These can include a holding deposit, tenancy deposit, tenancy variation fees, early termination charges and payments for utilities or council tax where applicable.
