Your Journey to Securing a Home
Our properties are advertised on our website as well as Rightmove. When you enquire about a property, we will arrange a viewing for you so you can see the home in person and decide whether it is right for you.
If you wish to proceed after viewing, you will be asked to complete a short pre-qualification form so we can assess your circumstances against the landlord’s requirements. Applications are then reviewed and shortlisted in consultation with the landlord before moving forward with the most suitable applicant.

In addition to rent, tenants may be required to make certain permitted payments in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. These can include a holding deposit, tenancy deposit, tenancy variation fees, early termination charges and payments for utilities or council tax where applicable.
